                  Band Leadership Camp

  • How to Register

    EXPRESS LINE AVAILABLE: PAY FULL AMOUNT EARLY, SUBMIT YOUR MEDICAL RELEASE AND REGISTER ONLINE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EXPRESS LINE DURING REGISTRATION DAY ON JUNE 12.

    Registration will take place on Monday, June 12 from 9:00 a.m. to noon in the Davidson Music Complex (there will be a sign on the front of the building). Make all checks payable to: Band Leadership Camp. AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS, you may proceed to unload and move in your assigned dormitory. DO NOT UNLOAD LUGGAGE AND EQUIPMENT AND ATTEMPT TO MOVE INTO DORMS UNTIL YOU HAVE COMPLETED REGISTRATION. During registration, campers will also be required to meet with members of camp staff for placement interviews for proper group placement. 

    1. Complete online Registration Form

    2. Complete Medical Release Form

    This includes Downloading, Filling out, Signing, and Mailing in the Medical Release, Photo Release, and Transportation and Swim Release Forms (all release forms are with the Medical Release Form but 3 signatures are required).

    3. Mail Complete Payment for camp and filled out and signed release form

         Make Check or Money-Order payable to Band Leadership Camp and mail to:  

             HPU BAND CAMP
     1000 Fisk Ave.
     Brownwood, TX 76801

    Make full payment using debit or credit card (there will be a 3% fee for credit card users) using the following link:

    4. Check your registration status under the Registration Status link.

    Allow 10 business days after mailing payment for status to be updated.

    Directors need to complete an ISD Form to clearly communicate the number of students and payment information.

    Express line available for students who have completed all three steps prior to arrival.
